This time I thought I would write about my current wishlist. There are probably way more things that I can add to it, but these are pretty much my must must must haves 😉 I miss spring and summer so much, I’m already excited for them and started thinking about what I need for the upcoming season.
I need to confess something. I have a problem with highlighters. By problem I mean I love them so much that I can’t stop buying them even though there is no way I’m going to use up the ones that I already have in the near future. Oh yes, I love me some highlight. I’m already eyeing up the highlighters in sticks to see what’s all the fuss about. But for now, let me show you my collection!
When the temperature reaches way below zero degrees Celsius it’s time to take extra care of our skin. The season doesn’t go easy on us not only with the cold but also with all the layers that we wear, hats and scarves rubbing on our skin. For many of us our skin becomes extremely sensitive and really dehydrated (that’s me!). I’d like to share with you what products I’m currently using for my winter routine.
What’s the best thing to light up the dull winter time? Sparkle, of course! While the carnival lasts this is the time when we can go overboard with glitter and gleam and no one can judge us for it! That is why this month’s mani inspiration is full of sparkle! I recently got my hands on a bottle of rose gold glitter polish by wet n wild and I just knew I had to use it as soon as possible!
Valentine’s day is coming 🙂 I have mixed feelings about this day, because I believe love should be celebrated and expressed every single day and not just on special occasions. However I do think it’s a good excuse for couples to do something different than our usual routine. And on this one day I don’t mind increasing the level of soppiness 😉 That’s why I thought I would share with you guys some ideas what to do on Valentine’s day:
Today I wanted to show you what my daily makeup essentials consist of. Pretty much everyday I wear simple makeup with winged eyeliner and during fall and winter I tend to add some color to the lips. I love doing makeup, but I do love sleeping more, so I usually rush in the morning so that I’m not late for work 😉 It usually takes me around 15 minutes to get my face to be somewhat presentable. But now, onto the essentials!
Vitamin A is one of the first known vitamins to humanity – in ancient Greece and Rome its deficiencies were identified as night-blindness (they treated it by making you eat cooked or RAW liver eek!). Vitamin A is fat-soluble and its compounds include the well known retinol and beta-carotene. It is extremely important to our body to keep it well functioning and help us maintain good vision.
Today I want to share with you my holy grail of bronzers. Absolute favourite one. I’ve been using it for such a long time I don’t even remember when I got it. It’s just been with me forever! It’s the IsaDora Bronzing Powder XXL. Apart from being an amazing bronzer, it also contains vitamin E and SPF 8 filter. Why do I love it so much?
Baby it’s cold outside so there is no better time to wrap yourself in a nice cocoon of sensual scents. During fall and winter time we love to wear deeper and stronger perfumes than during summer and spring. It’s amazing how scent can change the way you feel at the given moment and how much power and boost it can give you. I cannot imagine going out of the house without spritzing one of these three scents.
Eveline Cosmetics Art Professional Make-Up Eyeliner vs L’Oréal Paris Super Liner Perfect Slim Eyeliner
My daily makeup pretty much always ends up to be winged eyeliner. It’s just something I do automatically (though not always symmetrically hah) and feel best in. It just defines the eye so well! Today I would like to share with you my review for two eyeliners – Eveline Cosmetics Art Professional Make-Up eyeliner and L’Oréal Paris Super Liner Perfect Slim eyeliner. I have both in black.
