Me and my husband got our Netflix subscription last year and we definitely are very pleased with it. There are so many good tv shows there you just don’t know which ones to choose! We already have a very long list with what to watch, but given that they keep on releasing crazy amounts of new productions I don’t think it will ever shrink! Here are my 3 favorite netflix tv shows that I just could not stop watching!
It took about two or maybe three episodes to get me hooked. And once that happened I could not stop watching the show. I love me all futuristic movies and tv shows. The story is set in the far future where consciousness is stored on a small disk and can be moved from body to body (which are creepily called “sleeves”). We watch the story of a rebel prisoner who was brought back to life who has to solve a murder case. The show has lots of violence in it that sometimes made me queasy to watch. But the storyline is really good and as usual with Netflix each episode ends in that perfect moment when you just can’t help but start watching the next one to find out what’s going to happen.
Maybe I’m late to the party with this one – there are already three season’s out. But boy is this one a really good show. It shows us the story of Colombia and its drug lords like Pablo Escobar. Again, there’s quite a lot of violence in this one. But the more scary thing for me is to realize that most of these things actually really took place there. Some parts of the show are exaggerated, but a lot that is going on there happened in real life. That makes the show really haunting to watch, but you just cannot stop.
You probably already heard all about this one! Me and my husband literally watched the first season in like two sittings, it was so addictive. We watched it right after it premiered and then had to sadly wait so long for the second season. But it certainly did not disappoint! The story starts with a young boy disappearing. Now his friends, mom and the police chief are looking for him and have to confront some seriously strange things to find him. Maybe there’s something more going on in the small city than meets the eye?
Did you see any of these? Got recommendations for other awesome netflix tv shows?
